BREW GUIDE

Immersion
1. Grind 15g to fine sea salt consistency. Add to filter with switch closed.
2. Pour ~250g of boiled water.
3. Steep 2 minutes, stirring gently at the end to sink any floating grounds.
4. Flip the switch to drain — enjoy!

Pour-Over
1. Grind 15g slightly coarser than table salt.
2. Heat water to ~202°F. A gooseneck kettle with temp control helps.
3. Pour ~50g slowly in small center circles, keeping water off the filter walls. Bloom for ~30 seconds.
4. Continue pouring to 250g total (including the bloom), slowly in center circles and enjoy!
