This single origin, organic coffee comes from Cajamarca region of Peru, COOPAFSI (Cooperative Agraria “Frontera San Ignacio” Ltda). This cooperative is unique because they empower and promote “women grown” coffee. These women contribute to the physical and sensory quality of the coffee.
