DESCRIPTION:
Decaf with balanced sweetness, subtle top notes, and moderate bittersweet tones come together to make quite an appealing decaf. Flavor notes include brown sugar, lightly tart fruits, caramel, dark chocolate, and cinnamon-laced cocoa.

GROW REGION:
The coffees that went into this blend are from the Mutovu and Karambi stations in Nyamasheke, Rwanda, and a small amount of dry process coffee from the Gakenke site in Kayanza, Burundi.

HARVEST PROCESS:
This coffee is first processed using the natural method and then decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process in Vancouver, BC. This patented process uses only water to remove 99.9% of the caffeine content, leaving much of the volatile compounds intact.
